


Supportive Housing
CASA Of the 7th Judicial District's Supportive Housing provides stability for young adults ages 18 - 24 who are emancipating from foster care or at immediate risk of homelessness.
With the support of a case manager, young adults, lacking a family support system, have a place to call home while they work on goals related to employment, education, and independence.
1st Place on 2nd Street (Montrose, CO)
Located just a block of Main St. in Montrose, 1st Place on 2nd St. has access to job opportunities, Colorado Mesa University, and numerous city parks and walking trails.
The townhomes include four 1-bedroom units and four 2-bedroom units. Each unit has their own washer and dryer, kitchen. and full bathroom. Tenants have access to a community room to enjoy shared activities.
1st Place on Palmer Street (Delta, CO)
1st Place on Palmer in Delta is a single building that includes 6 one-bedroom units. Each unit has a small kitchenette. Each unit opens to a shared living space that includes a living room, laundry, and a full kitchen and dining room.
1st Place on Palmer is in a central location just a few blocks from main street where you can find plenty of job opportunities. Technical College of the Rockies is about a 6 minute drive to the south.
The Village on San Juan (Montrose, CO)
Having opened in September of 2024, The Village on San Juan is a 45-unit intergenerational Supportive Housing Community for Young Adults 18 to 24, and Seniors 62+, at imminent risk for homelessness. The project includes 8 Acres of land in a conservation easement for walking trails and outdoor activities and a 2,800 square foot Community Building.
