Family Time & Parent Coaching

We care about you and your children!
In a safe and supportive environment, we provide parents with helpful interventions and

concrete support to improve their parenting skills.
For those with an open child welfare case, we deliver a clear and timely report to

the Court, Caseworkers, and Respondent Parent Counsel,

containing the information they need to make informed decisions.

I am the custodial parent bringing my child for a Family Time visit.  What do I need to do?

Below is an information packet explaining Family Time (FT) services and application along with a Release of Information (ROI) form.  Please review the services and complete the Application and ROI form. You can submit your forms by:

hand Deliver: 147 N. Townsend, Montrose or 1009 Main St., Delta. 

Once we receive the forms, we will contact you to go over the process, visit expectations, and answer any question you may have.  We will begin scheduling visits once both parents have completed their application process.

I am the visiting parent.  What do I need to do?

Below is an information packet explaining Family Time services and an Application.  You will need to complete the application in this packet.  You will also need to complete the Release of Information (ROI) and the Sliding Scale form.  Once you have completed these forms, you will need call us to schedule an appointment with an Family Time Coordinator to review the guidelines for a visit and complete your paperwork.  Please be sure to bring the complete forms (provided below) to your appointment.  Once your appointment has been completed, we will begin scheduling visitation.
